Do I need a script/refferral to come to PT?
It depends on your insurer and the type of injury. It is best to contact us before your appointment and we will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours.

How soon can I get into therapy?
We can typically see you within 24 to 48 hours.

Will I always see the same therapist?
Yes, we strongly believe in the importance of consistency in while in therapy. We believe in developing relationship with your clinician where you to feel comfortable with your treatments and your ability to ask questions.

What should I wear to therapy?
It is best to wear loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to have a full range of motion during your session. We do recommend wearing sneakers, but if you have an injury that involves your back, hips, knees, feet or ankles please also bring the shoes you typically wear throughout your day.

How long are the sessions?
Physical therapy rehab sessions are typically an hour long, but this can vary based on your diagnosis, tolerance, and goals.

What if I can’t stay for a full session?
Regularly attending and completing your therapy sessions is vital in order for you to improve. If you are unable to attend a full therapy session please ask your therapist about modifying your session length. Current patients should contact their therapist before the session and we will help you find a solution.

Do you have weekend availability?
Saturday sessions can be made by appointment as needed. We’re also happy to accommodate extended hours during the week if needed.
